As I said on the About page, this is a one-man show. It’s just me, Sumit.
That means when you send a message, you’re not talking to a support department, an intern, or some chatbot named “Brenda.”
You’re talking to the guy who actually built the tools, who fixes the bugs, and who is probably in the middle of a Wordfeud game right now.
This whole site started because of a problem I had, so hearing from other players is a huge deal. Your ideas and feedback are what make this place better.

Some of the best features on this site started as a one-line email from a player who said, “You know what would be cool…?”
If you have an idea for a new tool, or a way to make an existing one even better, I genuinely want to hear it. This is how the site grows.
Did Something Break? (Please Tell Me!)
Nothing is worse than a tool failing you mid-game when you’re about to drop a bingo on your opponent. It’s a huge pain.
If something is a mess, if a link is broken, or if a word seems wrong, please let me know so I can fix it. Fast. You’re not complaining; you’re helping.
